Kerala is blazing. There's been no summer like this in recent memory. Daytime temperature peaks at around 42 degree Celsius, add to it the coastal state's infernal humidity. Dams are drying up, deaths due to heatstroke are making headlines for the first time, and the state has asked physical labour outdoors to be avoided from 11 am to 3 pm.
